Term & Condition of Sales
The ownership of the merchandise sold from seller's remained with the seller's until payments from the customer are cleared through our bank. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Elite Industry reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Invoices are due and payable in accordance with the term specified on the front of the invoice. Customer with bounced checks or past due payment will be re-evaluated for credit status. An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be added to past due account. A service charge of U.S. $25.00 will be assessed for each bounced check.

International Order / Shipment Tems

International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Air Mail, UPS, Fedex, or any other freight methods. Customer will receive  notification within 48 hrs to confirm Shipping and Handling Cost for each order. Most international orders will arrive within 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. Services are not provided for International orders for the sole purpose of getting through customs inspection. Elite Industry cannot be held liable for packages confiscated by international customs! Please check with your local custom regulation for more information.

We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fee charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Prices
All prices are in US dollar. Prices on some items may differ from those charged at the Elite Industry retail store(s). Prices, inventory, and availability are subject to change without notice.


Graphical & Typographical Errors
All products pictures are for illustration purpose only. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Elite Industry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Elite Industry shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Sales Taxes
Elite Industry shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders without resellers permit which is delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other states.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names (collectively the "Marks") are proprietary to Elite Industry or respective owners that have granted Elite Industry the right and license to use such Marks.
